EpicClaw is a persistent operating system that remembers your clients, runs 24/7, uses real tools (email, invoicing, CRM), spawns sub-agents for complex tasks, and operates across Telegram, WhatsApp, and email. It doesn't just respond to requests — it INITIATES actions like checking overdue invoices or following up on proposals.

What can EpicClaw actually do?

Out of the box: generate proposals, send follow-ups, manage invoicing, send daily briefings, remember client context, schedule meetings, generate contracts. You can expand capabilities using skills from our marketplace (ClawHub) — add web chat, SMS outreach, lead scoring, reputation monitoring, and more.

Can EpicClaw integrate with my existing tools?

Yes. EpicClaw integrates with HubSpot, Zapier, FluidPay, and other tools via API. You can also use the skill marketplace to add integrations like WhatsApp, SMS, Slack, and more.

How much work do I actually have to do?

Minimal. You set it up once (tell it about your clients, services, pricing), then EpicClaw handles the rest. You might say "proposal for [client]" and it's done. Is there a per-action pricing model?

Yes, optional. Add the Outcome add-on to your plan: $2 per invoice collected, $5 per lead successfully followed up. Pay only when EpicClaw delivers results.

Data & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

Your client data, conversations, and memory are stored on secure servers. We never share data between workspaces or with third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Is my information safe with EpicClaw?

Yes. We follow enterprise security standards: encryption, role-based access control, audit logs, and regular security reviews. Payment data is handled exclusively by FluidPay — we never store card details on our servers.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export all your data anytime — client history, conversations, invoices, proposals. We provide export in JSON and CSV formats.
